Dr. Kent Corral

Dr. Kent R. Corral M.D. is our founding and primary care physician.  Dr. Corral was born and raised here in Tampa, FL.

After graduating from Jesuit High School, where he was captain of the state champion, Jesuit Tiger football team, Dr. Corral received a biology degree from Florida State University.  He is a graduate of the University of South Florida School of Medicine, and is board certified by the American College of Internal Medicine. Dr. Corral is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society,the American College of Internal Medicine and the American College of Physicians, and is consistently nominated as a “Best Doctor in America.” He is currently on the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa.

Dr. Corral is married to Suzann Corral, and together they have six children and three grandchildren. They are active members of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Dr. Corral has served the community as medical adviser for the JMJ of Tampa Bay Home School Community, for local Boy Scout troops, the Gasparilla Race, and as team physician for Jesuit High School and Cambridge Christian School. Dr. Corral authored Eat to Your Heart’s Content, a guide to heart-healthy restaurant dining.
